新型冠狀病毒疫情持續肆虐,很多人都選擇留在家中防疫,心悠及釗峰亦特別調整訓練計劃,減少到健身房或多人聚集的地方,並加強一系列「在家特訓」,包括帶氧運動、鍛練核心肌群的力量運動,以及保持關節靈活性與柔軟度的伸展運動,釗峰說:「現時進行的家中運動其實很適合大家一齊做,操fit身體來抗疫。在原地提腿,觸碰騰空在腰間位置的手掌,以及原地彈跳,都是能夠在家中做的帶氧運動,可以增強心肺功能,一般人建議最少連續進行20分鐘,慢慢加長時間至30分鐘以上就最理想,而我為應付將來再挑戰極地賽事,最少會做足1小時。」
