香港麗思卡爾頓酒店傾力呈獻賣相精緻、滿載傳統風味的法國甜品自助餐,並隆重介紹全球首位法式千層酥大使(Monsieur Mille-feuille) — Gaël Moutet。Gaël同時是香港麗思卡爾頓酒店的糕點副總廚,主理是次自助餐細膩可口的法國甜品,為客人開拓驚喜處處的甜美旅程。作為千層酥大使,Gaël固然對千層酥要求甚高,為保持香酥質感,所有酥皮都是在供應前兩小時才以人手反覆折疊,方能製成層次分明、鬆化可口的千層酥。他的法式千層酥依照傳統做法,由三層酥皮及兩層輕怡綿潤的雲呢拿奶油組成,更在客人面前即時製作,確保新鮮香脆。引人入勝的精選法國甜品固然不止於此,客人可同時品嚐琳琅滿目的精緻甜點。
