餅店甜品廚房主廚賴耀輝師傅(Chef Kelvin)以新鮮芒果,配以椰子、杏仁及意大利米創作各款獨一無二的美點, 4月及5月份於餅店有售。

芒果焦糖布丁椰子撻 (每磅港幣310,每件港幣50)

師傅以兩種熱帶水果 - 椰子及芒果製作此甜點,香脆的椰撻内藏椰絲芒果焦糖布丁,外脆內軟。椰子撻上鋪上大件新鮮芒果粒,加上白朱古力圓形裝飾,定能俘虜賓客的味蕾。

芒果杏仁意式奶凍慕絲蛋糕(每磅港幣310,每件港幣50)

外層幼滑的芒果慕絲酸甜比例恰到好處。蛋糕內藏美味的杏仁意式奶凍及底層的綿花糖,巧妙地融合了各式風味與質感。

芒果意大利米歌劇院蛋糕(每磅港幣310,每件港幣50)

意大利米不僅可用於主食,還可以巧炒地用於甜品中。以鮮忌廉及砂糖同煮,令意大利米質感更綿滑。層層的芒果吉士醬令蛋糕倍添清新。蛋糕綴以新鮮芒果及野莓裝飾,為歌劇院蛋糕添上繽紛色彩。
